Stelios A. Stylianou

Stelios A. Stylianou is the managing director of the law firm. He is a British national with over 20 years of experience as a barrister in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus acting for both local and foreign commercial clients and individuals in a wide range of disputes. He has extensive court room experience and represents both claimants and defendants across an expansive range of fields including breach of contract, shipping, construction, real estate and planning, corporate, contentious probate, banking and finance and tort. 

Stelios also has significant experience in non-contentious work, in acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial buildings concerning freehold and leasehold interests and in complex leasing transactions. He provides advice on initial procurement, property documentation, in the drafting and negotiation of all forms of construction documentation including building contracts, consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, performance bonds and guarantees.

He additionally advises on company law, share purchases, and shareholder/director relationships (such as shareholders’ agreements, options, articles of association), partnerships and other commercial contracts.
