Constantina Kyriakou

Constantina joined Stelios A. Stylianou & Co LLC in April 2018 and is currently working in the commercial law team assisting in corporate legal advice, company incorporation and management. She provides advice on a broad range of private client and commercial matters including negligence, fraud, misrepresentation and contractual disputes and residential and corporate real estate transactions.

Constantina has experience in all areas of family law, advising clients on divorce and financial proceedings, asset protection and all manner of child related matters and injunctive relief and also assists in litigation and dispute resolution in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus with the drafting of pleadings, preparation of testimony and presentation of preliminary arguments in court and injunctive relief.

While training at LLPO law firm Constantina undertook seats in the corporate department concluding corporate transactions and residential real estate sale and purchase agreements. Constantina previously completed seats in criminal litigation and private client work.
